All Terrain Adventure

The All Terrain Quad Adventure is designed to give you more time on the quad bike to experience the wide variety of terrain we have on offer. We'll guide you through sand and gravel tracks, open grassland, winding tracks through native bush, and more technical rocky tracks to test your ability. The All Terrain Quad Adventure is 2 hours in duration and includes a half hour setup, safety brief and training on the practice track - no experience necessary. The private tour upgrade ensures it will be just you, and your family or friends experiencing the tour at your pace, stopping to see the things you're interested in.

Kayak hire 

Kayak on up to five kilometres of the calm and meandering Harriet River in Vivonne Bay. With up to 4 hours hire, you will have plenty of time to relax, identify local flora, look for koalas in the trees, watch the birds and the bream jump out of the river as you paddle past. It's the perfect way to relax with a partner or friend, and enjoy the peacefulness of Kangaroo Island.

Sandboarding/Tobogganing (Unlimited use during Little Sahara's opening hours daily 9-5)

Surf the dunes like a pro on a sandboard or just sit down, hang on and slide on toboggans. Our experienced team will give you a few hints and tips for keeping you safe and getting the most out of your day out on the dunes. With unlimited use of the boarding, you can come back again and again, giving your family time to perfect their style on the dunes.

These activities can be done on one day or split over several days if you prefer. When making your booking please let us know your preferred start times for both your Quad Tour and your Kayak Hire.

Quad tour: We provide you with all the safety gear needed including helmets, goggles and gloves. For the All Terrain Adventure please bring a camera, long pants, closed shoes and a sense of adventure. All tours start with getting the safety gear on and then meeting your experienced guide for a safety briefing.

Kayak hire: we will gear you up with life jackets, back rests and paddles at our Jetty Road location. From there we will guide you to the launch site on Harriet River, with a picturesque view of the river meeting the ocean. If you haven't been kayaking before, don't worry! Your experienced guide will give you all the skills you need and assist you in launching your kayaks into the water.
